After a hectic morning on the subway (who knew so many people could fit in such a small space, and why is everyone so angry all the time?), Team Educatrium started our first Monday on the job with some exciting news: a new intern! Today, we finally all got to meet Namit, our tech team addition fresh off the plane from India. We celebrated with some gratuitous selfies, courtesy of a selfie stick that was too high-tech for us to operate:
Then we got down to work. The curriculum development team has been working to implement a new method of analysis for the SAT writing section (think spreadsheets on spreadsheets on spreadsheets), and we’re super excited! Meanwhile, marketing has continued its social media trek, and tech (with Namit’s help!) has begun some fancy coding-database-metric-computer things that I don’t understand.
Overall, the past week has been a whirlwind of excitement, fun, and sometimes frustration (okay, often frustration. Looking at you, ChineseFireWall). After the morning metro, though, I think we’re ready to handle anything.
